Our cheesemongers, Maxime and Nicolas, will take you on a journey through various regions of France, where you can sample all types of milk: cow, goat, and sheep. The cheeses will be accompanied by a wine tasting to teach you how to pair these two iconic French terroir products. During the tasting, we'll introduce you to the history and geography of cheese in France.
