A journey to discover the excellence of the wines of the area aged in amphorae, a combination of tradition and innovation in a unique land between the lake and the mountains. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed at the winery, which has free parking. A member of the staff will then accompany you to the underground cellar for a brief visit to the area dedicated to the aging of wine in amphorae. You will then be seated at tables outside under the canopy in the historic courtyard or inside the shop, where the tasting will be served. The tasting includes four wines served in sequence: Chiaretto di Bardolino Spumante Metodo Classico Dosaggio Zero Chiaretto di Bardolino Barbagliante DOC San Verolo Montebaldo Bardolino DOC Souvignier Gris IGT (PIWI) The characteristics and history of each wine will be explained during the tasting. The wines will be accompanied by a platter of breadsticks, bread and oil produced on the estate, local cheeses and jams, with the option of gluten-free crostini, and water. At the end of the tasting, you can follow a marked trail through the vineyards, lasting about 40 minutes (availability varies depending on weather conditions). The tasting will be accompanied by local products, such as cheese, breadsticks, and jams sourced locally.
