What you can expect

The Azienda Agricola Omeodinamica Borgese produces Sagrantino di Montefalco DOCG, Montefalco DOC and other wines, including the outstanding Metodo Classico Rosè, obtained from the expert processing of Sagrantino grapes. The quality of production is the primary objective, a quality that starts with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare, continues with the manual harvest and selection of the bunches, and is further pursued inside the winery with the adoption of the most modern oenological practices. Quality that also takes the environment into account, with the production of certified organic extra virgin olive oil and the use of the biodynamics method for the production of our grapes.
All this will be experienced during the visit to the wine cellar, and our guests will be able to experience the unique taste of Sagrantino and other typical products paired with it during the food tasting
