Learn how to make traditional Swedish cinnamon rolls (kanelbullar) from scratch in a relaxed and welcoming fika experience. During this hands-on workshop, prepare the dough, mix the classic cinnamon filling, shape the rolls using traditional techniques, and bake them to a golden finish.

While the buns are rising and baking, explore the history of Swedish fika, the role it plays in everyday life, and the cultural traditions surrounding one of Sweden's most beloved pastries.

After baking, enjoy the freshly made cinnamon rolls together with coffee or tea, just as Swedes do during fika. The experience is suitable for beginners and requires no previous baking experience. All ingredients, equipment, and refreshments are included.
