This 3-hour cultural experience is designed for international visitors who wish to explore the culinary traditions of the Joseon Dynasty. Through the story of Lady Hyegyeonggung Hong(Mother of King Jeongjo)'s Royal Banquet, participants will gain insight into Korea's royal dining culture, learn to prepare Goldongmyeon, a traditional royal noodle dish, and enjoy a memorable royal-style meal in the Jaegongheon(the most beautiful place in the Suwon Traditional Cultural Center). The experience also includes a guided walk through Suwon Hwaseong Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, offering a deeper understanding of Korean history and heritage.
