Overview

In the Shogun course, you can wear a Samurai costume and experience making sushi under the guidance of a sushi chef. You can eat rolled sushi and other sushi made by the chef, and participate in a fun “food quiz battle game” to become the Shogun. This immersive experience is not only delicious food journey, but also provides a deep insight into food culture. English-speaking staff also are available, so anyone can participate enjoyably .

There are five courses available, including the Shogun Course (tester course) and a luxurious sake tasting course!

In addition, there is a section where a sushi chef will directly instruct you on how to make sushi. In addition, you can learn how to make your own sushi . ● The sushi items are all different, totaling 10 types plus α. The sushi items, such as tuna and salmon, are of the highest quality! ● This is a dream course where you can enjoy a variety of sushi, Kobe beef(Wagyu beef), caviar, crab tasting, etc. at the same time. ● All explanations and proceedings will be conducted in English.
