After a mulled wine reception, guests are invited to a beautifully set table. A diverse selection of raclette specialties are served: raclette cheese, Emmental, mozzarella, goat cheese, vegan cold cuts, Black Forest ham, bacon cubes, salami, prosciutto, chicken breast ham, smoked salmon, smoked trout, and shrimp. The spread is complemented by fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, mushrooms, spring onions, red onions, corn, kidney beans, pineapple, pickles, pearl onions, rosemary potatoes, assorted dips, and Parisian white bread.
