What you can expect

  • Meet your guide in Stockholm and travel to a lakeside forest location. We will walk to the Sauna through the Swedish Forest. Upon arrival, your guide will introduce the sauna, explain how to approach the thermal cycle, and create a supportive environment for first-time and experienced sauna guests alike.

    Alternate between the sauna and the lake, with time to rest and enjoy the surroundings between rounds. Experience the rhythm of heating up in the sauna and then cooling down in the lake, which is central to Nordic bathing traditions.
