Begin your adventure by arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport. Meet your driver-guide and transfer to the Cultural Triangle. En route or upon arrival, visit the Dambulla Cave Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage site with ancient Buddhist murals and statues. Spend the evening at leisure.
On day 2, climb the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress for breathtaking views. After breakfast, travel to Kandy, stopping at a spice garden en route. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic and enjoy a short city tour.
On day 3, depart for Kitulgala for an exciting whitewater rafting adventure on the Kelani River (beginner-friendly). Continue to Nuwara Eliya, passing waterfalls and lush tea estates. Take an evening walk around Gregory Lake.
On day 4, explore Nuwara Eliya’s tea country and colonial landmarks. Travel to Ella via scenic mountain roads (or optional train ride). Visit Nine Arches Bridge and enjoy the relaxed hill-town atmosphere.
On day 5, hike to Little Adam’s Peak or Ella Rock for panoramic views. After breakfast, drive to Yala. Take an afternoon jeep safari in Yala National Park, famous for leopards, elephants, and birdlife.
On day 6, travel along the southern coast. Stop at Mirissa (optional whale watching in season) and continue to Weligama or Hiriketiya. Spend the evening at the beach.
On day 7, take a morning surf lesson in Weligama or Hiriketiya, ideal for beginners. Later, visit the historic Galle Fort (UNESCO World Heritage). Continue north along the coast via Hikkaduwa or Bentota.
On day 8, enjoy a leisurely morning by the beach. Transfer to Colombo with an optional city tour (Gangaramaya Temple, Independence Square, shopping). Drop-off at the airport or hotel.
