You will be picked up in morning from your accommodation, before being driven to visit the Koćuša Waterfalls. After the Koćuša Waterfalls, you will be invited into your host's home for lunch in the village of Hardomilje. It is here that you will be shown the way of life which has changed little over the generations.
Your menus will vary from traditional pies to the acclaimed iron dome Peka roast, with all of the food complimented with rich dishes, salads and homemade brandies and wines. Old Hardomilje is situated on the ancient Roman trading route from Narona to Salona, and is an authentic village complete with characteristic limestone houses which have been home to generations of families.
The Trebižat River is the perfect setting for a relaxing boat ride in a traditional wooden boat. You’ll see nature’s best from the banks, as you hear about the old customs and traditions while having a drink. The pristine aquafer waters of the Trebizat River are home to brown trout and crabs ,and during the summer months, you will be more than welcome to go for a swim. After your ride, a local lunch will be provided.
