What you can expect

  • Welcome to Casa Fiorita Cook & Wine, an authentic experience in the beautiful setting of a typical Sorrento villa.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine and a brief introduction from the staff, who will guide you through this culinary adventure. A one-hour cooking class will follow, during which you will learn how to make fresh pasta and tiramisu, following local traditions.

After the class, you will sit down in a typical Sorrento garden in the shade of lemon and olive trees to enjoy the dishes you have prepared with your own hands, accompanied by other delicacies such as bruschetta with seasonal vegetables and cheese on a lemon leaf. Each course will be paired with a wine selected by our sommelier to enhance the flavors of the region.
