We will depart from Sorrento and cycle towards Massa Lubrense along the Sorrento Peninsula. It will be a 25 km ride along windy roads, immersed in nature, through small towns and ancient villages. The territory of Massa Lubrense is very green: wherever you look you will spot olive and lemon groves, gardens and Mediterranean scrub. Along the whole route you will cycle overlooking the sea, with beautiful views on the Gulf of Naples and Capri Island.
Our ride will end in Santa Maria Annunziata, one of the most old villages in the Sorrento Peninsula: a small place where people leaves quiet and peaceful lives. We will reach an old villa where our cooking class will take place. The chef will teach you to cook some of South of Italy typical dishes which will be: bruschetta, gnocchi with tomato sauce, chicken escalope with lemon sauce, rucola salad with vinegar and lemon sorbet.
Once the preparation ends, you will have lunch in the villa lemon grove or on the panoramic terrace tasting the delicacies you prepared. The villa will also offer water, a glass of wine and, obviously limoncello. At the end of lunch he chef will deliver you the diploma you earned.
