Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the friendly staff at Extreme Sofia. They'll complete a safety briefing. Safety equipment will be provided to you.
This experienced professional will assess your skill level.

Throughout the session, your instructor will be there to guide you. They'll offer helpful tips and corrections, ensuring you have a safe and enjoyable experience.
