On this private tour for you or your group you will learn to snowshoe in Pyhätunturi area. Access the untouched snow to experience the beautiful arctic wilderness and enjoy complimentary hot beverages and a meal made from local ingredients by a cozy campfire. The tour is guided by a local guide. You will get to access the snowy wilderness with snowshoes and walk in a wintery landscape around the Pyhätunturi area. During the tour we will be looking for animal tracks in the snow and you get to enjoy the tranquil wilderness Lapland has to offer. We will use modern lightweight snowshoes which have adjustable bindings that fit to most winter or hiking boots so you will be able to wear your own winter footwear. Earlier experience with snowshoes is not needed on this tour as your guide will teach you the correct technique for snowshoeing.
