• Smoked mackerel with almonds, pecorino cheese, and wild salad greens

Einai – Nero D’Avola DOC Sicilia
A bold and unconventional red wine — soft, refined, and surprising, grown in sandy and stony soils exposed to the north.
Beautifully complemented by:

• Sicilian-style octopus with cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, and red onion
• Swordfish caponata with salted ricotta and dark chocolate shavings
• Focaccia with fried eggplant, salted ricotta, and tomato
