Please meet our guide with your E-ticket at Singapore Oceanarium VIP Lounge.
Scan this E-Ticket at the respective entrance for admission.
Photo ID may be required for verification.
Bag checks may be conducted on all personal and/ or hand-carried baggage for safety and security purposes.
Photo redemption voucher can be redeemable within Singapore Oceanarium.
Vouchers are only redeemable during regular operating hours up to 30 minutes prior to posted closing time and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotional offers.
Children under 4 years old must be capable of walking independently to enter the support areas.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Late arrivals may miss certain components and may not be able to join the tour. The Singapore Oceanarium Insider Experience Lite programme is non-exclusive and can accommodate a maximum of 12 participants
