Know before you book

  • Booking must be reserved with a valid 6 months passport
  • All travelers including infants need a valid ticket
  • Seats are Subject to Availability
  • Travelers are entitled a check in baggage allowance of up to 20kg each
  • Effective from 1st February 2025, the Tanjung Pinang Terminal Fee will be revised as follows: Indonesian passport holders will be charged Rp. 75,000 per person, while foreign passport holders will be charged Rp. 100,000 per person.

Since 2011, Sindo Ferry has spent over SGD2 million in modernisation efforts to enable their existing fleet to become more comfortable, more fuel efficient and faster speed passenger ferries.

Sindo Ferry's refreshed fleet is complimented with their recent purchases of three new passenger ferries (total investment: SGD19 million). This fleet modernisation is part of their efforts to have vessels that are compliant with the most stringent HSC Code 2000 requirements.

Today, SINDO Ferry operates 15 passenger ferries and prides themselves in their continuing effort to deliver better passenger comfort, safety and travel efficiency.
