    You will prepare your lunch following the directions of a trained staff. You will find all the ingredients you will need to make the recipe already at your station. You have the option when booking to choose three dishes. You will have a professional kitchen, aprons, and all the utensils needed to make the recipes. You will have the opportunity to taste the prepared dishes from the comfort of your table. The dishes will be paired with a wine carefully chosen for the occasion. If you are allergic to any ingredient or follow a special diet, let us know your need so that the course can be enjoyed by everyone. We look forward to seeing you!

What you can expect

You will find everything in the kitchen that you will need for your chosen recipes. The kitchen is equipped with everything, and the choices are many. During the course you will have the opportunity to cook three recipes: an appetizer or main course, a fresh pasta and a dessert.
We will provide you with handouts that you can take home to faithfully reproduce the dishes presented. In the kitchen, I will explain the various steps to make the recipe and show you how to plate it. You will replicate the recipe according to the explanations provided; you will have everything you need to make it. After finishing the course you can sit at our table and enjoy your lunch in perfect Sicilian style while enjoying a good wine carefully chosen for the occasion.
