At around 12 pm, we will pick you up and drive you to a local Chess and Cards Room to learn mahjong. The activity will last for about four hours. During the activity, our instructor will introduce the basic rules and you will quickly get the hang of this game under the instructor's guidance. After that, we will transfer to another location to join a cooking class, which will last for about three hours. You can choose one to make: wontons, dumplings, or sticky rice dumplings. Wontons: The chef will guide you in preparing fillings, folding plump ingot-shaped wontons, and making a delicious broth with shredded egg, dried shrimp, seaweed, and pork fat. Dumplings: The chef will explain the cultural significance of dumplings, demonstrate the technique for preparing fillings, and teach you how to fold dumplings into various shapes. You can boil the dumplings by yourself and dip them in homemade sauces to taste. Sticky rice dumplings: You will learn to roll leaves into a cone, fill the cone with rice, and tie it with a string under the chef's guidance. After the activity, we will drive you back to the original location.
