The perfect Seville evening: you cook, you eat, you drink.
Join a small group at our cooking school in the sevillian neighbourhood of Triana for a 3-hour hands-on, collaborative class led by a professional chef. Working together as a group, you'll learn authentic techniques, share in every stage of the cooking process, and help prepare the meal from start to finish — no experience needed.
You'll cook all of this — and then sit down to eat it:
- Salmorejo or gazpacho — Andalusia's iconic cold soup
- Spinach with chickpeas (espinacas con garbanzos) — a Seville staple; Alternatively flamenco eggs, or cod fritters or garlic prawns
- Paella valenciana, the traditional one with chicken and vegetables — cooked together, eaten together
- A light dessert: lemon sorbet with cava
Homemade sangría is served while you cook. When you sit down to eat, two more drinks per person — white wine, red wine, local beer, or soft drink — are included.
You'll leave with the recipes, practical skills you can use at home, and a deeper understanding of Andalusian culinary traditions.
