Etna is rich in volcanic caves, full of wonders and spectacular tunnels. With the names of the Etna DOC line we wanted to return the meaning of the uniqueness of the territory and the sense of a unique experience.
The fruit of vines irradiated by the Sicilian sun, which from the slopes of Etna look out to the sea and marvel, these wines are made exclusively from native Carricante, Cataratto, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes from our family's vineyards located between 850 and 900 meters above sea level and whose roots are in volcanic soils.

Our Oils are made in 4 labels (02 oil not available at the moment), each of which tells the nuances of a heterogeneous territory from a pedoclimatic and botanical point of view. Nocellara Etnea, the queen variety of the volcano, is present, in various proportions, in our 4 production lines, each of which refers to designations and quality marks (D.O.P. and I.G.P.)
