Know before you book

  • There is no hotel pick up/drop off. Passengers must go to the following meeting point: Cais de Turismo de Paraty - Paraty Tourism Pier in the Historic Center (the only tourist pier in the city)
  • The departure time for this tour, as well as the places visited, vary according to the tide.
  • Each stop lasts 40 minutes. Tourists should be aware of the horn schooner, triggered after the time of each stop, indicating the end of it and therefore everyone must return to the schooner.

One stop in particular has become a must-see for every trip: Ilha Comprida, known as nature's fish aquarium. When your guides drop a grain of rice from the boat, entire schools of fish come out, surrounding the boat and snorkelers. Make sure to bring an underwater camera for some incredible pictures.
