What you can expect

  • Begin your adventure with a 2.5-hour drive from Sarajevo to the starting point of your hike. From there, embark on a 5-kilometer trek to Trnovačko Lake, often regarded as one of the most beautiful mountain lakes in the world.

    Take in the breathtaking views of the lake, famous for its recognizable heart shape. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the water, and, if you’re feeling adventurous, take a refreshing swim in the lake.
