Begin your tour in front of the iconic City Hall (Vijećnica) in Sarajevo, one of the most important landmarks in the city. For your convenience, hotel pickup and drop-off is available upon request for an additional €20 per person (payment on site).
From there, take the Sarajevo Cable Car (Trebevićka žičara), one of the city’s most symbolic attractions. Originally opened in 1959 and fully reconstructed in 2018, the cable car connects the Old Town with Mount Trebević, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Sarajevo. During the ride, witness the unique geography of the city nestled between mountains, while your guide shares insights about its history.
At the top, continue towards the abandoned Olympic bobsleigh track, built for the 1984 Winter Olympics. Once a world-class sporting venue, today it stands as a powerful contrast between past glory and the scars of war. Covered in graffiti and surrounded by forest, it has become one of Sarajevo’s most unique and photogenic locations. Walk along parts of the track while learning about its Olympic legacy and later transformation.
Throughout the tour, stop at several scenic viewpoints, perfect for photos with stunning views over the entire city. Then, enjoy a relaxing coffee break with a panoramic city view, a moment to take it all in.
Choose to add on optional activities like a giant swing, an alpine coaster, a zipline, or a quad/buggy ride (ATV). (Payment on site)
