What you can expect

  • Day 1,
Your adventure begins with a gentle walking pickup - either at Sapa Stone Church (9:00 AM) or Hmong House Sapa (9:30 AM). Guests starting from Hmong House can enjoy a warm, homemade breakfast before the journey begins.
Follow your local guide through breathtaking terraced rice fields that curve gracefully along the mountainsides - a true symbol of northern Vietnam’s beauty.

Along the way, visit ethnic minority villages tucked into the valleys, where life moves at a slower pace and tradition still guides each day. Learn how the Hmong and Dao people live in harmony with the land, preserving centuries-old customs in their colorful homes and handicrafts.

Pause at a quiet spot for a hearty lunch amidst nature, before trekking higher into the cool mountain air. As the sun dips behind the peaks, you’ll arrive at your campsite - a tranquil clearing surrounded by mist and forest. Together, help prepare a traditional dinner of garden-fresh vegetables and local favorites such as pork, chicken, and fish - cooked the way highland families have done for generations.

Enjoy an evening under a sky full of stars, where stories and laughter flow easily by the campfire.

Day 2, Forests, Waterfalls, and Farewell
Wake up to the soft sounds of the mountains and enjoy a peaceful breakfast. Continue your trek through ancient forests alive with birdsong and the scent of wildflowers. Discover hidden waterfalls, walk through more sweeping rice terraces, and feel the rhythm of life in the remote highlands.

As afternoon approaches, descend gently back to Sapa. Your journey ends with a walking drop-off at Hmong House Sapa, carrying with you not just memories of Sapa’s stunning landscapes, but a deeper connection to its people and their way of life.
