Discover São Jorge from a unique perspective on a full-day expedition that takes you to explore the entire coast of the island from the sea.
Departing at 9:00 AM, this experience lasts approximately 6 hours and allows you to discover some of the most impressive and inaccessible places in the Azores. During the cruise, we travel around the entire island, revealing landscapes that remain hidden to those who visit it only by land.
We will sail along imposing cliffs, enter sea caves and volcanic tunnels, observe waterfalls that flow directly into the Atlantic, and discover the iconic fajãs of São Jorge, small coastal plains formed by landslides and ancient lava flows, where isolated communities lived for centuries.
During the tour, the crew will share interesting facts about the island's geology, the history of the fajãs, the local culture, and the strong connection of the Azoreans to the sea, making this experience much more than just a boat ride.
Halfway through the trip, we will make a stop at Porto do Topo, where you will have time to rest, use the restrooms, and take a break before we resume sailing. Lunch is not included in the activity, so we recommend that you bring a light lunch or other food that you consider necessary for the day.
Throughout the experience, we provide water and a snack so that you can enjoy the cruise in comfort.
As all our activities take place in a natural environment, the route may undergo minor adjustments depending on sea conditions, always ensuring maximum safety and the best possible experience.
