Meet your guide, a local historian and storyteller, who began uncovering eerie tales from longtime Sanford residents in 2011. These weren’t just ghost stories—they were vivid glimpses into the lives (and afterlives) of Sanford’s former residents.
With a deep passion for history and a knack for digging into the town’s haunted past, your guide immersed himself in the legends, lore, and whispers tied to historic downtown buildings—some dating back to the 1800s.
Step into the shadows of Sanford’s storied past as your guide leads you through eerie alleys and timeworn streets. Hear spine-tingling accounts of real ghostly encounters, both old and new, from restless spirits to haunted landmarks.
End your journey at an actual haunted building, and experience what still lingers after dark.
Meet up is at the Sanford Homebrew Shop 115 Magnolia Ave, Sanford, FL 32771. Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the tour start time.
