Start with a tour of the vineyards and the wine cellar, where the varieties cultivated on the estate are introduced and the winemaking and aging techniques explained.
After the tour, enjoy a typical aperitif featuring local products in the hotel’s elegant dining room or on the panoramic terrace. In the aperitif, we offer a selection of local products such as Tuscan charcuterie, Pecorino Senese cheese paired with chutney, and bruschetta to taste our extra virgin olive oil.
The tasting includes 5 wines, together with the most important white wine produced in Tuscany, the Vernaccia di San Gimignano.
The experience starts at 4 PM and takes about 1 hour and half.
