Take part in an immersive experience dedicated to discovering two pillars of French gastronomy. This workshop combines a discovery phase in the field and a tasting session in a “home-like” atmosphere.
The experience begins with a guided tour of our wine-producing château, in the heart of the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, whose landscape is classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will introduce you to the estate, its history, and the specificities of our terroir. This introduction allows you to see the starting point of wine production before discussing the transformation processes.
The workshop continues indoors with an educational approach to the production of different types of cheese. This experience will also allow you to grasp the concepts of appellation for these two products, with an explanation of the criteria that define AOP, AOC, and IGP.
The session ends with a practical exercise: a tasting of 4 of our wines and 6 cheeses selected by our cheese partners.
