Take part in an immersive experience dedicated to discovering two pillars of French gastronomy. This workshop combines a discovery phase in the field and a food tasting session in a “homey” atmosphere.
The experience begins with a guided tour of our wine château, located in the heart of the vineyards of Saint-Émilion, whose landscape is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We will introduce you to the estate, its history, and the specificities of our terroir. This introduction allows you to visualize the starting point of winemaking before moving on to the processing stages.
The workshop continues indoors with an educational approach to the production of different types of cheese. This experience will also allow you to understand the appellation concepts for these two products, explaining the criteria that define PDOs, AOCs and PGIs.
The session ends with a practical exercise: a food tasting of 4 of our wines and 6 cheeses selected by our cheese partners.
