Then explore the cellars to learn about the process of turning grapes into wine during vinification and aging. Conclude with a commented tasting of three vintages. The tasting includes 3 wines, including a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru. It is accompanied by a selection of mature cheeses for a perfect food and wine pairing. We also offer you the opportunity to discover our olive oils from our family production.
