What you can expect

We will pick you up at your accommodation, without rushing, and take you to the place where the water becomes a mirror:
a wooden pier just before the Marsala Salt Pans, jutting out over the Stagnone lagoon.

At 10:00 a.m., you will board Chiara, a wooden boat with a lateen sail, a six-time national champion, designed to be fast and silent.
Before setting sail, we will hoist the sails together: we will tell you about how a boat is rigged, its essential components, and the ancient history of the lateen sail, which has been used to cross the Mediterranean for centuries.

At 10:30 a.m., we will leave the pier.
We will sail through the Stagnone, among salt pans and windmills, where the wind carries the scent of salt and time seems to slow down.
Along the way, we will share with you the story of the lagoon, the nature reserve, its plants, its birds, and the shallow waters that hold stories.

We will pass by Isola di Schola, a small, ancient island, a place of refuge and tranquility.
Then we’ll pass Dugi Otok, a sprawling, sun-drenched island, and Santa Maria, sharing the story of its origins and its role over time.

We will reach the submerged Phoenician road: those who wish can explore it with a mask and a leisurely gaze, while we tell you stories about trade, travel, and the peoples who have left their mark here.

We will land on Mothia, a sacred and powerful island.
We will visit it together, with museum admission included, to see the Epigraphed Boy of Mozia, an emblem of grace and mystery.
Your experience in the lagoon will last until 7:00 PM.

We will disembark and walk to the Marsala Salt Pans to witness the sunset, as the sky blends into the water.

Not far away, in an olive grove, tables and chairs will welcome you under the trees.
Dinner will be hearty and unlimited:
Red prawn crudité, purple prawns, scampi, greater amberjack, tuna, sea bass, Sicilian caponata and panelle, black bread from Castelvetrano, and five oysters per person.
Then, pasta with lobster, risotto with red shrimp, burrata cheese, and pistachios, roasted octopus from the Stagnone lagoon, and mussel soup.
To round it all off, Sicilian cannoli.

To accompany the meal: two glasses of Champagne per person, plus unlimited local white and red wine.

At the end of the evening, we will take you back to your accommodation, with salt on your skin and the sea still close at hand.
