Once the reservation is made, the team will verify your flight and accommodation details to correctly coordinate both transfers. For your arrival in Oaxaca, we will monitor your flight to be aware of any possible changes or delays. After collecting your luggage, you must go to the meeting point indicated in your confirmation, where the driver will be waiting for you. Since it is a shared service, you may travel with other passengers who have compatible schedules and destinations. The maximum estimated waiting time to gather the group will be 30 minutes. Once on board, the transfer to the corresponding hotels or accommodations will be made until you reach your destination. For the return transfer, we will coordinate the pickup time in advance according to your flight departure time. The driver will pick you up at your hotel's lobby or main entrance at the confirmed time. From there, the shared transfer to the Oaxaca International Airport will begin, making only the necessary pickups of other passengers scheduled on the same route. The service planning considers enough time to arrive at the airport before your flight departure. One day before each transfer, the details and instructions corresponding to the service will be shared.
