In this well-kept and charming space, you will learn how to make fresh handmade pasta: fettuccine and ravioli. Starting with simple and authentic ingredients, you will knead and shape the pasta following the steps of true Italian tradition.
You will be guided by a passionate team, trained thanks in part to the experience our team has cultivated in the hospitality and catering sector.
We will share techniques, fun facts, and little culinary secrets with you in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere.
After the pasta, we'll move on to dessert: tiramisu, which you'll prepare with your own hands following the classic recipe, enriched with your personal touch. At the end of the class, we will sit down together to enjoy everything we have made, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
