The class takes place in an elegant venue in central Rome, just a short walk from Via Veneto, in the heart of the historic Dolce Vita district. In this well-kept, welcoming, and charming space, you will learn how to make different types of fresh, handmade pasta: fettuccine, tagliatelle, and tagliolini. We'll start with the basic, authentic ingredients, then move on to working the dough and creating the various shapes, following traditional Italian techniques.
You will be guided step by step by a passionate team, whose training also benefited from a partnership with Ristorante Chinappi, a Rome haute cuisine establishment that has been in operation for over 15 years. We will share techniques, interesting facts, and little cooking secrets with you, creating a relaxed, engaging, and interactive atmosphere.
After the pasta, we'll move on to dessert: tiramisu, which you'll make with your own hands according to the classic recipe, personalized with a unique touch. At the end of the activity, we will sit down at the table to enjoy everything we have prepared together, accompanied by a fine glass of wine.
Cantiere Gastronomico is a young cookery school where people learn by doing, grow together, and share a passion. Each class is a moment to remember, filled with authentic flavors, hands-on experience, and stories to take home.
