    Meet your coach, an experienced footvolley player and coach, along with some local coaches from one of the best schools in Rio. Keep the session high-quality but fun — you’ll learn quickly without it feeling like boot camp.

    Begin with a warm-up and a quick intro to footvolley rules and beach etiquette. Then, learn the fundamentals, including movement on sand, first touch, set/control, and positioning.

    Practice simple attacking and defensive patterns (2v2 basics) and drills tailored to your level (beginner-friendly, but challenging if you want). Finish with a guided game so you leave knowing how it really feels.

    Footvolley isn’t just a sport — it’s a Rio lifestyle: pros training, locals playing social games, weekend vibes, and that unique Brazilian football creativity.
