The 3 Days 2 Nights climbing program is designed for experienced climbers who have strong energy to conquer the 3 Days trek route with a full journey starting from Sembalun Village or Senaru Village and returning via the Senaru route or Sembalun route. The 3 Days trek will give you the best experience and adventure.

Day 1:
At 7:00 AM we will pick you up at your hotel in Senaru, and we will explain your trip at our office. We departed from Senaru and traveled by 4WD to Sembalun. We registered at the Rinjani Trek Centre in Sembalun (1,156 m) before starting our trek. The initial trail passed through rolling open grasslands as it traversed the mountain. We stopped at Posts 1 and 2, pausing for a rest and a snack. At Post 3 (1,800 m), we stopped for a longer break for lunch. After lunch, we began the steep climb to the crater rim. We camped overnight at the Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m) with stunning views of the sunset, Lake Segara Anak, the summit of Mount Rinjani, and northern Lombok.

Day 2:
Sembalun Crater Rim (2,639 m)
We woke at 3 a.m. for a light breakfast before embarking on the challenging three-hour trek to the summit (3,726 m). We arrived just in time for sunrise, the best time to enjoy the spectacular views. Returning to our campsite on the crater rim, we stopped for a hearty breakfast and rest before continuing our descent into the crater. We stopped for lunch on the shore of Lake Segara Anak (2,000 m), where we could swim in the hot springs. After lunch, we continued our walk around the lake's edge before beginning our ascent out of the crater. The trail was steep and rocky, passing through dense forest. At the Senaru Crater Rim (2,641 m), we stopped for dinner and camped overnight. The crater rim offers views across the lake back towards the summit and a good vantage point for Gunung Baru, a small volcanic cone within the crater of Mount Rinjani. Mount Agung in Bali and the Gili Islands can also be seen from here.

Day 3:
After breakfast, we began our descent, taking advantage of rest stops at Post 3, Post 2, and Post 1, stopping for a longer lunch break along the way. As we descended, the forest became denser and denser. We arrived at Senaru (601 m) around 1:00 PM.
