Free cancellation is available only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the experience.
No-shows or late arrivals will be charged 100% and are strictly non-refundable.
All bookings are considered final within 48 hours, as resources are pre-arranged and cannot be rescheduled or recovered.
By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to these terms and accepts that no exceptions will be made for last-minute cancellations.
