What you can expect

  • 07:25 – 08:00 Pick-up from your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter or Opera House by our friendly guide, then depart for Ninh Binh. (Exact time depends on location.)

    09:15 Short break (15–20 minutes) to relax.

    10:30 Visit Bai Dinh Pagoda – the largest pagoda complex in Southeast Asia, famous for its 500 Arhat statues, a 36-tonne bronze bell and a massive 100-tonne Buddha statue.

    12:30 Enjoy a deluxe buffet lunch at a local restaurant, featuring Ninh Binh specialities such as goat meat, spring rolls, fish, chicken, fried rice and fresh vegetables. Vegetarian options are available. (We may offer a set menu for the private tour option.)

    13:30 Explore Trang An, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. Take a 2-hour boat trip through a spectacular network of limestone caves and tranquil waterways surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

    16:00 Transfer to Mua Cave (Dragon Peak). Climb nearly 500 steps to the summit of Lying Dragon Mountain for panoramic views over Tam Coc. Enjoy the fresh air and scenic lotus fields, especially beautiful in summer.

    17:30 Return to Hanoi by limousine bus.

    7:30pm Drop-off at your hotel in Hanoi. Tour ends.
