What you can expect

  • Masseria Seppunisi is located on the Murgia plateau between the Itria Valley and the gates of Salento, and dates back to the 16th century. Its activity spans four generations, which have preserved the traditional spirit of Apulian masserias for decades. The stars of this livestock operation are the cows. They are milked every day, and their high-quality milk, used in the farm's dairy, becomes the main source from which everything begins. The dedication of expert hands in making local dairy products and cheeses guarantees our customers freshness and quality.
We will take you to our barn and our dairy, where every day skilled hands transform milk into delicious dairy products.

    Our tour starts with:
A historical description of the farm, after which we will visit the barn where the cows are kept, go through the dairy and enter the cheese aging chambers. With the help of an expert, you'll make fresh mozzarella and burrata with your own hands. At the end, we'll enjoy a delicious aperitif with various typical products, accompanied by a good glass of wine.
