Masseria Seppunisi is located on the Murge plateau between the Itria Valley and the gates of Salento, and its origins date back to the 16th century. The business has been run by four generations and has preserved the traditional spirit of Apulian farms for decades. The stars of this livestock farm are the cows. They're milked daily, and their high-quality milk, used in the company dairy, is the main source from which everything begins. The commitment of expert hands in the production of dairy products and cheeses at km0 guarantees our customers freshness and goodness.
We'll take you to our barn and dairy, where expert hands turn milk into dairy delights every day.
Our tour kicks off with:
A historical description of the farm, then we'll visit the cowshed, cross the dairy, and enter the cheese aging rooms. With the help of an expert, you'll make mozzarella and burrata with your own hands. At the end, we'll enjoy a delicious aperitif with various typical products accompanied by a good glass of wine.
