Its business has been run by four generations and has preserved the traditional spirit of Apulian farms for decades. The stars of this livestock farm are the cows. They are milked every day, and their high-quality milk, used in the farm's dairy, becomes the main source from which everything begins. A historical description of the farm, then we will visit the stable where the cows are kept, go through the cheese dairy, and enter the cheese aging rooms. With the help of an expert, you will make mozzarella and burrata with your own hands on the spot. At the end, we will enjoy a delicious aperitif with various traditional products accompanied by a good glass of wine.
