As you hike, take in the stunning vistas of the Zanjón Seco and Correntoso valleys, with the distant Caburga and Huilipilún lakes, Llaima Volcano, and the Nevados de Sollipulli.

    The trail is adorned with beautiful coihue, lenga, and ñirre forests, leading you to a row of parasitic craters, each 5 to 10 meters in diameter. These craters, some eroded and others clearly defined, showcase fascinating lava formations, with cracks caused by invasive vegetation. In some areas, the lava has collapsed, creating low but deep caves.
