Arrival and welcome at our tasting room, nestled in the hills of the Prosecco di Conegliano – Valdobbiadene area, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Approximately one-hour walk through the estate’s vineyards and the picturesque chestnut groves of Combai, with several scenic stops along the way.
The Combai area is renowned for two highly prized IGT products: Marroni di Combai, chestnuts valued for their quality, and Verdiso, a native grape variety that gives rise to the local wine of the same name.
During the tour, you will also pass along the Fossil Trail, where you can observe shells embedded in the rock, evidence of the presence of the sea in this area thousands of years ago.
Presentation of our winery and the world of Prosecco.
Guided tasting with sensory analysis of 4 wines (2 glasses of Valdobbiadene DOCG + 2 glasses of Valdobbiadene DOCG Rive di Combai), paired with a generous board of carefully selected local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by pickled vegetables and bread.
