With a magnificent ocean view, we will start with Pranayama (breathing exercise) to ground, cleanse and prepare our practice. We will then wake up and energise our body with the Asanas (postures) and then finish with a relaxation with the sound of the waves.
This will be followed by a sound bath with intuitive musical instruments. The sound of the instruments will bring you to a higher conscious state of mind, allowing a better relaxation, and will make vibrate the waters and cells of our body. All this sets the scene for a wonderful musical journey.
Practicing in the nature, increases wakeful relaxation and internal focus. I've fallen totally in love with outdoor yoga, and hope you give it a try!
