This is designed for those who have never surfed or wish to start from scratch. For small private groups of up to five students per instructor, they will be introduced to surfing and taught to rise on a white wave. The course requires a minimum of two people to start. The surf session lasts two hours and includes all the necessary equipment (we have showers, bathrooms and lockers secure for your belongings). The class starts with 25 minutes of basic theory, standing, rowing, warm-up and safety practices. Then, we will head to the beach, a 10-minute walk from our school, to apply what we have learned. The instructor will constantly supervise, assisting with what the student needs. At the end, we will perform stretches to prevent injuries before returning to school.
