Know before you book

  • All flights are subject to real time availability of the tour operator. If unavailable, an alternative time or full refund will be provided.
  • Maximum weight 175 lbs (80 kg) per person and 350 lbs (160 kg) combined in R44 helicopter. Maximum passenger height in R44 helicopter is 6 ft 3 in (192 cm). Maximum weight 1000 lbs (453 kg) combined in Airbus helicopters.
  • Flights are available daily between 10 AM - 4 PM on weekdays and 11 AM - 4 PM, weather and maintenance permitting.
  • Private charters must depart and arrive at different heliports per regulations. Please note: departure Heliport in Manhattan will be different on weekdays vs. weekends. Please confirm locations with operator.
  • Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • Children younger than 2 fly for free on parent's lap.
