What you can expect

  • You choose the spirit. We'll teach you the rest.

Three cocktails, two hours, and a bar that's yours for the session. Come for the Cypriot classics, Brandy Sour, Commandaria, Zivania, or tell us what you actually drink and we'll build the session around it. Gin, rum, whisky, whatever's in the bottle you love.

Guided by professionals working in hospitality since 2009, recognised at the Cyprus Hospitality Awards 2025 for travel experience.

Set next to Saint Lazarus church in a building that was an inn for travellers in 1880, a khan, where people ate, drank and slept on their way through. You'll learn real bartending technique, shake and build every drink yourself, and leave with a booklet of fundamentals to keep the craft going at home.

Small groups, premium spirits, and the warm, creative atmosphere Sunmoon is known for. Perfect for travellers who want a real taste of Cyprus, a memorable evening with friends, or a hands-on break from the beach.

Please contact us after the booking confirmation to arrange the time of the workshop
