You will make everything from dough stretch and people will eat what they made as their lunch or dinner . You can choose any dishes you want to learn and let us know in advance. Suggested menu are following 1. Gong bao Chicken or Tofu, It is a famous Si chuan dish . We use chicken breast or Tofu ( if you are vegetarian ) and chili pepper . It tastes so delicious ! 2. Shanghai fried noodles , It is a famous shanghai street food with noodles, mushroom , bokcoy and so on 3. Stir fry green bean with minced pork , it is a very famous Si Cuan cuisine dish that everyone likes it
