    Regular Menu: Amuse-Bouche, Appetizer, First Course, Second Course, Dessert, and Small Pastries

    Premium Menu: Amuse-Bouche, two Appetizers, First Course, Second Course, Dessert, and Small Pastries

    All menus include warm bread with EVO oil or salted butter, and can be adapted to food intolerances or preferences. For those who want an even more exclusive experience, extras are available such as wine pairing, black or white truffle, caviar, tablecloths and fine tableware, as well as dining room staff for groups under 10 guests.

    The chef arrives 30–60 minutes before the scheduled time to prepare the kitchen and the mise en place, organizing everything in a fine dining restaurant style.
